How Do I get the FinMate Notetaker to automatically join my Video Calls?

In order for FinMate AI Notetaker to automatically join your video conference calls (ie. Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams), we'll need to Connect your Calendar.

Download the FinMate iOS App, and record your conversation while talking with your client.

I call my clients over the Phone, how can I use FinMate?

There are several ways to get FinMate to join a phone call.

RingCentral

FinMate integrates with RingCentral, Voip for seamless recording and automatically uploads to FinMate AI.

VOIP Recording and Upload

Configure your VOIP(Voice over IP) to record.
Save the recording, and upload the meeting on the FinMate's Dashboard.

2 Phones and the FinMate iOS App

You'll need 2 phones, your work phone, and an iPhone.
Call your client on your work phone, on speaker mode.
Download the FinMate iOS App, and record your conversation while talking with your client over your work phone.

Record the Meeting on your computer and upload

You'll need your phone and a computer.
Call your client on speaker mode, and record the conversation on your computer.
Save the recording, and upload the meeting on the FinMate's Dashboard.

Use Zoom, to call your client

Zoom can make calls.
1. Add the FinMate App on Zoom. See Instructions to connect FinMate to Zoom here.
2. Start a Zoom Meeting and have FinMate Notetaker join.

Use Google Meet, to call your client

Zoom can make calls.
1. Start a Google Meet and have FinMate Notetaker join the Google Meet.

Can FinMate AI record a Zoom Meeting if you are not the host?

Yes! You can do a manual invite or change the calendar settings to invite the bot.

In the unlikely scenario the Host disables recording for all users, you can do one of the following:
- Screen Record using Snippet, or Mac built in Screen Recorder. Then upload the meeting on our site.
- use our Mobile App to record your PC's the audio.

How can my phone's Zoom App, get FinMate AI?

While Mobile Zoom App does not host Apps within itself, you can go to https://app.finmate.ai dashboard and enter in the zoom invite url.

FinMate will join as a participant from there. It takes a few seconds to join, and in your phone's Zoom App, you should see FinMate as a participant.

How can I delete my meeting?

Its simple to delete your meetings.
In each meeting, at the top, select the 3 dots icon for the menu, and select "Delete Meeting".
Meetings are deleted and non-recoverable.

Data is retained up to your company data policy, in which your administrator controls.
See Settings > Organization > Date Retention, for your company's data retention duration.
Beyond the retention period, your data is automatically deleted and is non-recoverable.

Meetings include: media files, summaries, analytics, transcript, meta data, etc, are deleted and non-recoverable.

Note: None of your data is ever used for AI training purposes.

How Can I close my account and remove all data?

Please contact support@finmate.ai and we will delete your account promptly.

This is a non-recoverable action.
‍
All of the following will be removed:
- All Meetings (media files, summaries, analytics, transcript, meta data, etc.)
- Stripe Customer Information
- Meeting Settings
- Integration Connections

Note: None of your data is ever used for AI training purposes.
