In order for FinMate AI Notetaker to automatically join your video conference calls (ie. Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams), we'll need to Connect your Calendar.
There are several ways to get FinMate to join a phone call.
FinMate integrates with RingCentral, Voip for seamless recording and automatically uploads to FinMate AI.
Configure your VOIP(Voice over IP) to record.
Save the recording, and upload the meeting on the FinMate's Dashboard.
You'll need 2 phones, your work phone, and an iPhone.
Call your client on your work phone, on speaker mode.
Download the FinMate iOS App, and record your conversation while talking with your client over your work phone.
You'll need your phone and a computer.
Call your client on speaker mode, and record the conversation on your computer.
Save the recording, and upload the meeting on the FinMate's Dashboard.
Zoom can make calls.

2. Start a Zoom Meeting and have FinMate Notetaker join.
